- Ona gönderdiğiniz sekiz karakterlik kodu uygulamada girmesi yeterli. Uygulamayı henüz kurmadıysa önce kurması, sonra kodu girmesi gerekir.
- Rakibimin hamlesini görebilir miyim?
- Hayır, kimse göremez. İlk hamle sunucuda mühürleniyor ve düello sonuçlanana kadar oradan çıkmıyor — uygulamanın kendisi bile okuyamıyor.
- Bir borcu yanlışlıkla ödendi olarak işaretledim.
- Bu işlem geri alınamıyor, bu yüzden onay soruluyor. Yalnızca alacaklı taraf işaretleyebilir. Hata olduysa rakibinizle yeni bir düello yapıp iddiayı tekrar yazabilirsiniz.

We answer every email. To help us solve it faster, include your device model, iOS version, and app version — all three are listed at the bottom of the Settings page inside the app.
Frequently asked
- How does my friend open my duel?
- They enter the eight-character code you sent them. If they don’t have the app yet, they install it first, then enter the code.
- Can I see my rival’s move?
- No, and neither can anyone else. The first move is sealed on the server and never leaves it until the duel is resolved — not even the app can read it.
- I marked a debt as paid by mistake.
- That action can’t be undone, which is why it asks for confirmation. Only the person owed can mark it. If it was a mistake, start a new duel and write the stake again.
- Notifications aren’t arriving.
- Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Var mısın?. If you declined the permission on first launch, this is the only place to turn it back on.
- What happens to my ledger if I change phones?
- Right now the ledger is tied to the device; deleting the app or switching devices makes it unreachable. Account linking is in progress.
- I want my data deleted.
- Write to alienproductionart@gmail.com. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days. Details are in the privacy policy.

Preguntas frecuentes
- ¿Cómo abre mi amigo el duelo?
- Solo tiene que introducir el código de ocho caracteres que le enviaste. Si todavía no tiene la app, primero la instala y luego introduce el código.
- ¿Puedo ver la jugada de mi rival?
- No, ni tú ni nadie. La primera jugada se sella en el servidor y no sale de ahí hasta que el duelo termina — ni la propia app puede leerla.
- He marcado una deuda como pagada por error.
- Esa acción no se puede deshacer, por eso se pide confirmación. Solo puede marcarla quien tiene el crédito. Si fue un error, empieza un duelo nuevo y vuelve a escribir la apuesta.
- No me llegan las notificaciones.
- Comprueba Ajustes → Notificaciones → ¿Te atreves? en iOS. Si rechazaste el permiso al abrir la app por primera vez, este es el único sitio donde puedes activarlo.
- ¿Qué pasa con mi cuaderno si cambio de teléfono?
- Ahora mismo el cuaderno está ligado al dispositivo; borrar la app o cambiar de móvil lo deja inaccesible. Estamos trabajando en la vinculación de cuenta.
- Quiero borrar mis datos.
