Bu politika, Alien Production tarafından geliştirilen Var mısın? uygulaması için geçerlidir (You In? ve ¿Te atreves? adlarıyla da yayınlanıyor).
Kısaca
Var mısın? hesap açmanızı istemez; uygulama kayıt olmadan tam çalışır. Telefon numarası, kişi listesi veya konum toplamaz ve sizi uygulamalar ya da siteler arasında takip etmez.
Uygulamada reklam gösterilir. Bu reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez: ilgi alanı profilinize göre seçilmezler, Apple’ın izleme izni (ATT) istenmez ve reklam kimliğiniz sizi izlemek için kullanılmaz. Reklamları tamamen kaldıran isteğe bağlı bir abonelik var.
Yalnızca siz isterseniz, defterinizi telefon değiştirdiğinizde kaybetmemek için Apple hesabınızı bağlayabilirsiniz. Bağlamazsanız hiçbir e-posta adresi saklanmaz.
Topladığımız veriler
- Anonim kullanıcı kimliği
- Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda cihazınız için rastgele bir kimlik oluşturulur. Bu kimlik sizi kişi olarak tanımlamaz; yalnızca skorlarınızı ve düellolarınızı birbirine bağlar.
- Görünen ad
- İsteğe bağlıdır ve ilk düellodan sonra sorulur. Girmezseniz rakipleriniz sizi isimsiz görür. Gerçek adınızı yazmak zorunda değilsiniz.
- Cihaz dili
- Bildirimleri doğru dilde göndermek için saklanır.
- Bildirim adresi (push token)
- Yalnızca bildirim iznini verirseniz. Bu adres diğer kullanıcılara hiçbir koşulda gösterilmez.
- Apple hesabı bağlantısı (isteğe bağlı)
- Yalnızca Ayarlar’dan kendiniz bağlarsanız. Apple’ın verdiği adres saklanır; Apple’ın “adresimi gizle” seçeneğini kullanırsanız bu gerçek adresiniz değil, size özel bir aktarma adresi olur. Bu adres yalnızca defterinizi yeni bir cihazda geri getirmek için kullanılır, size e-posta gönderilmez ve rakipleriniz göremez.
- Oyun verileri
- Seçtiğiniz hamleler, yazdığınız iddia notları, skorlar, seriler, borç kayıtları ve bunların zamanları.
- Kullanım istatistikleri
- Uygulamanın hangi ekranlarının kullanıldığını ve hangi adımlarda takıldığınızı anlamak için anonim olay kayıtları tutulur. Bu kayıtlar reklam için kullanılmaz ve kimliğinizle eşleştirilmez.
İddia notlarını siz yazıyorsunuz ve rakibiniz bunları görüyor. Kişisel bilgi içermemesine dikkat edin.
Reklamlar
Düello sonucunu gördükten sonra deftere döndüğünüzde ara sıra tam ekran bir reklam çıkar. Reklamlar Google AdMob ile gösterilir ve kişiselleştirilmemiş olarak istenir — yani ilgi alanlarınıza göre seçilmezler.
Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamda bile Google, reklamı göstermek, kaç kez gösterildiğini saymak ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için cihazınızda bilgi saklayabilir ve okuyabilir. Hangi reklamın gösterileceği; IP adresinizden çıkarılan yaklaşık konum, cihaz türü ve uygulamanın kendisi gibi bağlamsal sinyallere göre belirlenir.
Apple’ın izleme izni (App Tracking Transparency) istenmez; reklam kimliğiniz uygulamalar ya da siteler arasında sizi izlemek için kullanılmaz.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre’deki kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmeden önce Google’ın rıza ekranı çıkar; verdiğiniz cevap cihazınızda saklanır.
Abone olduğunuzda reklam gösterilmez ve reklam altyapısı hiç çalıştırılmaz.
Abonelik ve satın almalar
İsteğe bağlı Defterin tamamı aboneliği reklamları kaldırır ve defter kapaklarını açar. Uygulama abonelik olmadan da tam çalışır.
Ödeme tamamen Apple üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgilerinizi ne görürüz ne de saklarız.
Aboneliğin geçerli olup olmadığını doğrulamak ve yeni bir cihazda geri yükleyebilmeniz için RevenueCat kullanılır. RevenueCat’e, kendi ürettiği anonim bir kimlik ile satın alma kayıtlarınız (hangi ürün, ne zaman alındı, hâlâ geçerli mi) gider — adınız, e-postanız ya da oyun verileriniz gitmez.

Verilerinizin güvenliği
Rakibinizin mühürlü hamlesi, düello sonuçlanana kadar sunucudan hiç çıkmaz — uygulamanın kendisi bile okuyamaz. Bildirim adresiniz de aynı şekilde diğer kullanıcılara kapalıdır. Tüm iletişim şifrelidir.
Verilerinizi silme
Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silmeniz anonim kimliğinizi kullanılamaz hale getirir; o kimliğe bağlı defter bir daha erişilemez.
Sunucudaki kayıtların tamamen silinmesini isterseniz alienproductionart@gmail.com adresine yazın. Talebiniz 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir. Kimlik doğrulaması için uygulama içindeki görünen adınızı ve rakibinizin adını belirtmeniz yeterlidir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve üstteki tarih değiştirilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

In short
Var mısın? does not ask you to create an account; the app works fully without one. It does not collect your phone number, contacts, or location, and does not track you across apps or websites.
The app shows ads. They are non-personalised: they are not chosen from an interest profile, Apple’s tracking permission (ATT) is never requested, and your advertising identifier is not used to follow you. An optional subscription removes ads entirely.
Only if you choose to, you can link your Apple account so your ledger survives a new phone. If you do not link it, no email address is stored.
What we collect
- Anonymous identifier
- A random identifier is created for your device the first time you open the app. It does not identify you as a person; it only ties your scores and duels together.
- Display name
- Optional, asked after your first duel. If you skip it, rivals see you as unnamed. You do not have to use your real name.
- Device language
- Stored so notifications arrive in the right language.
- Push token
- Only if you grant notification permission. This address is never shown to other users.
- Apple account link (optional)
- Only if you link it yourself from Settings. The address Apple provides is stored; if you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, that is a private relay address rather than your real one. It is used only to restore your ledger on a new device. We do not email you and rivals cannot see it.
- Game data
- The moves you choose, the stake notes you write, scores, streaks, debt records, and their timestamps.
- Usage statistics
- Anonymous event records help us understand which screens are used and where people get stuck. They are never used for advertising and are not matched to your identity.
You write the stake notes yourself and your rival can read them. Please avoid including personal information.
Ads
After you see a duel result and return to your ledger, a full-screen ad appears from time to time. Ads are served by Google AdMob and requested as non-personalised — they are not selected from your interests.
Even for a non-personalised ad, Google may store and read information on your device in order to show the ad, count how often it was shown, and prevent fraud. Which ad appears is decided from contextual signals such as the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device type, and the app itself.
Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is never requested, and your advertising identifier is not used to follow you across apps or websites.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see Google’s consent screen before any ad is shown; your answer is stored on your device.
While you are subscribed, no ads are shown and the advertising stack is never started.
Subscription and purchases
The optional The whole notebook subscription removes ads and unlocks the notebook covers. The app works fully without it.
Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your card details.
RevenueCat is used to verify whether a subscription is active and to let you restore it on a new device. RevenueCat receives your purchase records (which product, when it was bought, whether it is still active) under an anonymous identifier it generates itself — not your name, your email, or your game data.

Data is never sold. We use only the providers required for the app to work:

Security
Your rival’s sealed move never leaves the server until the duel is resolved — not even the app itself can read it. Your push token is likewise closed to other users. All communication is encrypted.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app from your device makes your anonymous identity unusable; the ledger tied to it becomes permanently unreachable.
To have server records erased entirely, write to alienproductionart@gmail.com. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days. To verify your identity, it is enough to state your display name in the app and your rival’s name.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is revised. Significant changes are announced inside the app.

En resumen
¿Te atreves? no te pide crear una cuenta; la app funciona por completo sin ella. No recoge tu número de teléfono, tus contactos ni tu ubicación, y no te rastrea entre apps ni sitios web.
La app muestra anuncios. No están personalizados: no se eligen a partir de un perfil de intereses, nunca se solicita el permiso de seguimiento de Apple (ATT) y tu identificador publicitario no se usa para seguirte. Hay una suscripción opcional que elimina los anuncios por completo.
Solo si tú quieres, puedes vincular tu cuenta de Apple para no perder tu cuaderno al cambiar de teléfono. Si no la vinculas, no se guarda ninguna dirección de correo.
Qué recogemos
- Identificador anónimo
- La primera vez que abres la app se crea un identificador aleatorio para tu dispositivo. No te identifica como persona; solo enlaza entre sí tus marcadores y tus duelos.
- Nombre visible
- Es opcional y se pide después del primer duelo. Si no lo pones, tus rivales te ven sin nombre. No tienes que usar tu nombre real.
- Idioma del dispositivo
- Se guarda para enviarte las notificaciones en el idioma correcto.
- Token de notificaciones
- Solo si concedes el permiso de notificaciones. Esta dirección no se muestra nunca a otros usuarios.
- Vinculación con Apple (opcional)
- Solo si la vinculas tú desde Ajustes. Se guarda la dirección que facilita Apple; si usas la opción “Ocultar mi correo” de Apple, esa no es tu dirección real sino una de reenvío creada para ti. Se usa únicamente para recuperar tu cuaderno en un dispositivo nuevo, no te enviamos correos y tus rivales no pueden verla.
- Datos de juego
- Las jugadas que eliges, las apuestas que escribes, marcadores, rachas, registros de deuda y sus fechas.
- Estadísticas de uso
- Se guardan registros de eventos anónimos para entender qué pantallas se usan y en qué pasos se atasca la gente. No se usan para publicidad ni se asocian a tu identidad.
Las apuestas las escribes tú y tu rival puede leerlas. Procura no incluir información personal.
Anuncios
Cuando vuelves a tu cuaderno tras ver el resultado de un duelo, de vez en cuando aparece un anuncio a pantalla completa. Los anuncios los sirve Google AdMob y se solicitan como no personalizados: no se eligen a partir de tus intereses.
Incluso en un anuncio no personalizado, Google puede guardar y leer información en tu dispositivo para mostrarlo, contar cuántas veces se ha mostrado y prevenir el fraude. Qué anuncio aparece se decide a partir de señales contextuales como la ubicación aproximada deducida de tu dirección IP, el tipo de dispositivo y la propia app.
Nunca se solicita el permiso de App Tracking Transparency de Apple, y tu identificador publicitario no se usa para seguirte entre apps o sitios web.
A los usuarios del Espacio Económico Europeo, el Reino Unido y Suiza se les muestra la pantalla de consentimiento de Google antes de cualquier anuncio; tu respuesta se guarda en tu dispositivo.
Mientras estés suscrito no se muestra ningún anuncio y la infraestructura publicitaria ni siquiera se inicia.
Suscripción y compras
La suscripción opcional El cuaderno entero quita los anuncios y desbloquea las tapas del cuaderno. La app funciona por completo sin ella.
El pago lo gestiona íntegramente Apple. Nunca vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
Se usa RevenueCat para comprobar si una suscripción está activa y para que puedas restaurarla en un dispositivo nuevo. RevenueCat recibe tus registros de compra (qué producto, cuándo se compró, si sigue activo) bajo un identificador anónimo que genera él mismo, no tu nombre, tu correo ni tus datos de juego.

Si no has vinculado una cuenta de Apple, la dirección de correo también entra en esta lista.
No usamos tu identificador publicitario para rastrearte y no solicitamos el permiso de seguimiento de Apple.

Los datos no se venden nunca. Solo se usan los proveedores necesarios para que la app funcione:

Seguridad
La jugada sellada de tu rival no sale del servidor hasta que el duelo termina: ni la propia app puede leerla. Tu token de notificaciones está igualmente cerrado a los demás usuarios. Toda la comunicación está cifrada.
Borrar tus datos
Borrar la app de tu dispositivo deja inservible tu identidad anónima; el cuaderno ligado a ella queda inaccesible para siempre.
Si quieres que se borren por completo los registros del servidor, escribe a alienproductionart@gmail.com. Las solicitudes se atienden en 30 días. Para verificar tu identidad basta con indicar tu nombre visible en la app y el nombre de tu rival.
Menores
La app no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recoge datos de ellos a sabiendas.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, se actualiza esta página y se revisa la fecha de arriba. Los cambios importantes se anuncian dentro de la app.
